Email maga40@naver.com with Cyloura in the subject, your iOS/iPadOS version and the steps involved. Do not send private designs unless necessary and you choose to.
Import backups with the app menu. A restore creates a new pattern. Export JSON outside the app before deletion or uninstalling. The library holds 60 patterns and deletion has no trash.
Privacy
Effective October 4, 2026. Gobling Company develops Cyloura. The app contains no accounts, app network requests, analytics, tracking, advertising or data-collection SDKs. Your pattern assignments, palettes, spacing and progress are stored locally.
Files are shared only when you initiate system sharing. OS backups and file providers follow your device settings and their own policies. Email support information is used only to answer your request. This static company page may have standard hosting access logs.
Use & limits
Cyloura designs color-reference charts. It does not teach full construction, validate thread paths or structural feasibility, or guarantee physical dimensions. Rows are numbered top to bottom and read left to right. Learn beadwork construction separately.
Single-drop centered brick-offset Diamond, Triangle and Banner designs, odd widths 5–21, up to eight color references. JSON import limit 1 MiB. Screen colors are not manufacturer matches. Counts exclude waste; buy spares separately. Dimensions exclude hardware, thread and tension; PDF charts are not life-size. No photo conversion or cloud synchronization. Use your own content or designs you may use.
One App Store purchase includes all current features. Apple manages purchase and refund terms. Keep backups outside the app. Contact support about defects.
