1. Bring an aligned pair
Import the excitation reference and its recorded response. Both mono WAVs must share a sample rate and time origin.
2. Prepare the IR
Set a spectral-power floor, extract, choose exact sample bounds, fade the edges and audition with independent monitor gain.
3. Keep the whole handoff
Raw and windowed WAV, full sample CSV, plot PNG, PDF, unchanged sources, editable JSON and a SHA-256 manifest in one ZIP.
The actual workbench
Real app screens. Study data shown is synthetic and is not an acoustic measurement.
Supported files and limits
Mono standard RIFF WAV: PCM8/16/24/32 or IEEE float 32 at 32, 44.1 or 48 kHz. 8 MiB per file. Reference 0.1–10 seconds; response 0.1–20 seconds, at least reference length. Finite input samples within ±1. Matching sample rates and aligned starts are required; include the complete response tail.
The estimate uses H=Y×conjugate(X)/(|X|²+lambda), with lambda relative to peak reference spectral power. Only the response-length causal estimate is retained. Weak bins are not measured noise or SNR. Raw float 32 output preserves gain and may exceed unity. Verify target WAV-loader compatibility.
No stereo, compressed/extensible WAV, RF64, resampling, automatic latency/drift correction, nonlinear harmonic separation, microphone recording, hardware control, calibration or certified measurement. Generate 1/2/4/8-second log-sweep files for your own setup. Up to 20 local projects with 64-character names and 2,000-character notes; editable JSON up to 24 MB.
Support
Contact maga40@naver.com with your app version, device/iOS version and a description of the problem. Do not send private recordings unless you choose to. For import failures, first check mono RIFF format, file length and matching sample rates.
Back up your original WAVs and exported Project JSON separately. Restore the JSON through Projects. Deleting the app removes local work.
