Every offset has its paired readings.

Enter readings taken at the same instant, or import a six-column UTF-8 CSV. Choose their common frame rate. Inspect the measured offsets, least-squares fit, per-reading frame counters and residuals. Exclude an observation by your own judgment; its original reading stays intact.

Export Observations.csv, Summary.txt, Run.json, Report.pdf, the original CSV when imported, Readme.txt, SHA256.txt and Run.zip. Restore Run.json as an independent run, including its bounded five-state Undo/Redo history. Saved runs remain local; make an external backup before deleting the app.

A bounded manual tool.

Six supported rates, including exact 24000/1001 and 30000/1001. Explicit day 0/1/2 values handle timecode-label rollover. No equipment connection, audio decoding, media synchronization or hardware-health certification. Two readings fit exactly and do not prove clock consistency.

Up to 200 observations/run, 40 saved runs, 1 MiB CSV and 4 MiB JSON/run. PDF is capped at 400 pages; complete CSV, text and JSON remain if the PDF limit is reached.
