Check the supported subset first.
Viaquill reviews ASCII XNC / explicit-decimal Excellon round holes. It deliberately rejects ambiguous coordinates and unsupported commands with a line reason.
- Complete M48 header; METRIC or INCH, optional LZ/TZ; T01–99 with C diameters; % or M95; G05; optional G90; complete absolute X/Y decimal coordinates; M30. Nonzero coordinates require a decimal point. Zero may be 0.
- 2 MiB per source, four sources, 20,000 holes total; full hole extent up to 200 × 200 mm; diameters greater than zero and up to 20 mm; 40 local saved projects.
- No Gerber, copper, board outline, slots, routing, repeats, incremental or omitted axes, guessed scale, automatic alignment or plating classification.
- Measurements are planar geometry. The app does not perform PCB design-rule checks, rewrite drill files, control machines or certify fabrication.
The PDF includes an A3 vector drawing at 1:1. Print at 100% and check the 50 mm calibration bar; fit-to-page changes the scale. The optional study is original synthetic geometry, not a manufactured PCB.

Email maga40@naver.com with your app version, device/iOS version and the exact import error. First check the file against the supported subset above. Share a source file only if you own it and choose to disclose it.
Tap Save to retain a review. Projects lets you reopen, duplicate, delete and restore an exported Project JSON with its original source bytes. Keep originals and JSON backups separately. Deleting the app removes local work.
Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026. Viaquill is provided by Gobling Company. The developer does not collect data through the app. It has no account, advertising, tracking, analytics, developer upload or cloud service.
Imported drill files, names, notes and projects stay in the app’s local storage. They leave the app when you choose a destination in the system share sheet. That destination’s policy applies. The operating system may include local app data in device backups according to your settings.
Opening support or privacy links uses your browser. Sending support email shares the information you include with us to answer your request; it is not an automatic app upload. Delete individual projects or delete the app to remove local data. Privacy questions: maga40@naver.com.
Terms of use
Use files you own or have permission to inspect. Keep your original files and independent backups. Viaquill is a review aid; independently verify geometry and printing before relying on an output. It does not certify manufacture or replace engineering review.
