Privacy at the table.

Cushion Club is an offline game made by Gobling Company. The app has no account system, advertisements, tracking SDKs, analytics service or online leaderboards. The app does not collect or transmit personal data to us.

Local records

Your progress, settings, current table, custom arrangements and recent shot replays are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Gobling Company. Removing the app deletes these local records.

Sharing

When you choose to share a table image, the app creates a PNG locally and opens your device's share sheet. The app does not upload it to our server. Data sent to an app or person you choose is governed by that destination.

Store and support

Apple and Google process game purchases under their own policies. If you email support, we use the information you voluntarily provide to respond. Support and privacy links open a browser; ordinary website hosting may process technical request logs under the company's website policy.

Children

The app has no chat, user accounts, gambling, advertising or personal-data collection. Nine-ball here is a sports game without real money or virtual betting.
