Caption QA: SRT Checker Privacy Policy

Caption QA: SRT Checker stores imported subtitle text, cue timing, edits, quality rules, audit findings, and saved projects locally on the user's device.

The app reads only SRT or WebVTT files the user explicitly selects through Apple's document picker. Caption QA: SRT Checker does not scan folders, photo libraries, videos, microphones, or cloud accounts.

Caption QA: SRT Checker does not require an account and does not upload subtitle files, project content, audit results, or usage activity to a Gobling Company server.

The app creates checked SRT or WebVTT files and PDF, CSV, and Markdown QA reports only when the user chooses an export action. The user controls the destination through Apple's share sheet, and the selected destination may process shared files under its own privacy policy.

Caption QA: SRT Checker has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, account system, subscription, cloud sync, AI service, or Gobling Company backend for subtitle content.

Timing and readability findings are generated on the device from adjustable rules. They are practical review aids and are not transmitted to Gobling Company or presented as certification for every broadcaster, platform, language, or accessibility standard.

Caption QA: SRT Checker uses Apple's system frameworks for local storage, file selection, PDF creation, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
