Card Dispute Timeline

Effective date: May 14, 2026

Overview

Card Dispute Timeline is a paid, local-first utility for manually tracking card dispute contact timelines. The app is designed for typed merchant notes, charge dates, amount notes, promised response dates, status lanes, and CSV export.

We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data from the app. Entries stay on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share a CSV export.

Data Collection

The app does not use accounts, analytics SDKs, ads, tracking SDKs, or developer-run cloud sync. The developer does not receive dispute timelines, merchant notes, card notes, charge dates, amount notes, contact notes, CSV exports, or device identifiers from the app.

Connections and Imports

The app does not connect to banks, cards, payment accounts, merchant accounts, email, files, photos, calendars, contacts, cloud drives, credit bureaus, or external dispute systems. It does not ask for full card numbers, payment credentials, bank credentials, or merchant credentials.

The app does not import statements, scan receipts, read messages, send messages, submit disputes, provide banking services, provide financial advice, or provide legal advice.

Local Storage

Dispute timeline rows are stored locally on the user's device using app storage. If the app is deleted, locally stored rows may be removed by the operating system.

User-Initiated Export

The app includes CSV copy and share actions. These actions occur only when the user chooses them. Once exported, the destination selected by the user handles the exported content under that destination's own policies.
