Cash Drawer Close Studio Privacy Policy

Cash Drawer Close Studio is a local-first iOS utility for preparing manual cash drawer closeout records. Shift titles, locations, cashier names, register names, close dates, starting bank values, sales totals, refund totals, tip totals, paid-out totals, denomination counts, checklist status, variance notes, and generated packet text are stored on the user's device.

Gobling Company does not operate an account system for this app and does not receive, store, sell, or share the closeout records entered in the app.

The app is a manual record and calculation tool. It does not connect to POS systems, payment processors, banks, accounting platforms, payroll systems, marketplaces, email accounts, cloud sync services, printers, scanners, cameras, microphones, or AI services.

The app does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, calendars, reminders, health data, financial accounts, or local network devices.

The app can copy a closeout packet or share a CSV-style summary only when the user chooses those actions. Shared exports are controlled by the user and are not sent to Gobling Company.

Any destination app or service selected by the user may have its own privacy practices, terms, and data handling rules.

Cash Drawer Close Studio does not include third-party advertising, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, behavioral profiling, crash-reporting SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Because the app does not collect data from the user, Gobling Company does not use app data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale.

If the app is purchased through the App Store, Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details from App Store purchases.

Cash Drawer Close Studio is intended for adults and small business operators. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

If a future version adds accounts, analytics, cloud sync, server processing, payment integrations, POS integrations, bank connections, crash reporting, tracking, or other data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before release.
