Claim Packet Builder Privacy Policy

Claim Packet Builder stores packet titles, merchant names, claim reasons, requested amounts, deadlines, summaries, evidence items, contact events, references, notes, selected proof image attachments, and packet text on the user's device.

The app does not require an account and does not upload claim packets, evidence records, proof images, timeline events, amounts, references, notes, or packet text to a Gobling Company server.

Users may choose proof images through Apple's system photo picker and attach them to evidence records. Gobling Company does not receive selected images.

Claim Packet Builder does not use camera capture, OCR services, AI services, cloud drives, claim portals, email accounts, bank accounts, card accounts, store accounts, merchant accounts, contacts, calendars, or developer-server upload.

The app is a manual proof packet organizer. It does not file claims, submit disputes, monitor refunds, connect to merchants, provide legal advice, financial advice, consumer-rights advice, guarantees, or automated decisions.

Users are responsible for reviewing packet details before copying or sharing them and for filing any claim through the appropriate external channel.

Users may choose to copy or share a packet summary through standard iOS sharing features.

Shared packet content is controlled by the user and is not sent to Gobling Company.

Claim Packet Builder does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party sign-in, account sync, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend for app records.

Gobling Company does not collect personal data from the app.

Apple may process App Store purchase and device information under Apple's own policies. Gobling Company does not receive payment card details.
