ClipCue Audio Privacy Policy
ClipCue Audio processes user-chosen audio files on the device. Imported source copies, split plans, waveform samples, clip names, and export history stay in local app storage, and Gobling Company does not receive the audio or project data.

1. Imported Audio
ClipCue Audio copies only audio files the user explicitly chooses through Apple's Files picker. The copy stays inside the app's local storage so saved projects can be reopened.
2. Local Project Data
Project names, source file names, waveform samples, split points, clip names, included-clip choices, and export history stay on the user's device.
3. On-device Processing
Audio preview, waveform analysis, splitting, M4A export, CSV cue-sheet creation, and Markdown handoff creation run on the device. ClipCue Audio does not send audio to a cloud editing or AI service.
4. User-controlled Sharing
Exported clips and cue sheets leave the app only when the user chooses a destination through Apple's system share sheet. The chosen destination's privacy practices then apply.
5. No Account Or Tracking
ClipCue Audio has no account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, cloud sync, or Gobling Company backend upload.
6. Deletion
Deleting a project removes its imported local source copy. Removing the app can remove locally stored projects and exports, so users should share or save any output they want to keep first.
