Closet Capsule Privacy Policy

Closet Capsule is designed for private wardrobe, outfit, and capsule planning on iPhone and iPad. Clothing item names, categories, colors, seasons, tags, fit notes, capsule plans, saved looks, wear counts, worn dates, settings, and export text are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share them through iOS system features.

Closet Capsule uses Apple's photo picker so users can choose specific clothing photos. The app does not scan the full photo library, continuously monitor photo changes, store original photo library paths, store location metadata, or upload wardrobe photos to a Gobling Company server.

Selected photos are copied into the app's local container as resized app copies for wardrobe display. Deleting an item deletes its local image copy from the app container.

Closet Capsule does not require a Gobling Company account and does not upload wardrobe items, outfit photos, capsule plans, notes, settings, exports, or usage history to a Gobling Company server.

The app does not include cloud sync, a developer backend, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, AI styling services, background removal services, weather APIs, or third-party wardrobe data sharing.

The app can prepare CSV or JSON export text from local wardrobe data. Copying or sharing that export is user-initiated and handled through iOS system features.

Users can delete local wardrobe data in the app. Deleting the app from a device also removes the app's local container and locally stored app data from that device.

Closet Capsule uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, selected-photo import, local storage, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.

Closet Capsule Pro subscription entitlement is handled through StoreKit. Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details.

Closet Capsule does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Because the app does not perform tracking, it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

Closet Capsule is a wardrobe and planning utility and is not directed to children.

Gobling Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Closet Capsule.
