Privacy Policy for COI Expiry Studio
COI Expiry Studio is a local-first iOS app by Gobling Company. It helps users manually organize certificate of insurance expirations, renewal requirements, contact details, owner assignments, notes, copy-ready renewal emails, and CSV exports on their own device.
Data Storage
COI Expiry Studio stores records on the user's device, including vendor names, certificate holders, project labels, policy numbers, carrier names, renewal contacts, expiration dates, requirement limits, renewal steps, owners, notes, renewal email text, and CSV export content.
The app does not upload certificate, insurance, vendor, renewal, or requirement records to Gobling Company servers. Gobling Company does not receive, store, sell, or share the user's COI records.
No Tracking or Account
The app does not require an account, collect analytics, show ads, track users, sync to cloud services, scan documents, take photos, use OCR, process payments, use AI services, or connect to insurers, brokers, vendors, email, calendars, cloud drives, accounting systems, payment tools, or external services.
User-Initiated Export
Users can copy renewal email text or share CSV content using standard iOS features. Those exports happen only when the user chooses.
No Professional Advice
COI Expiry Studio is a manual organization tool. It does not provide insurance, legal, compliance, financial, tax, or professional advice.
