1. Local-first Color Workflow

ColorPin Desk is a local-first color picker and palette utility for Mac. Color picking, palette editing, and format copying happen locally on the user's Mac.

2. Native macOS Tools

ColorPin Desk uses Apple's native color sampler, system color controls, and clipboard APIs. The app does not require screen recording permission or a Gobling Company server for color processing.

3. No Account Or Upload

ColorPin Desk does not require an account and does not upload colors, screenshots, palette names, copied values, or usage activity to a Gobling Company server.

4. No Tracking

ColorPin Desk does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for palette data.

5. Apple Services

ColorPin Desk uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, native color picking, clipboard copy actions, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
