Condition Photo Report Studio Privacy Policy

Condition Photo Report Studio stores report titles, client names, property names, inspector names, visit dates, summaries, issue titles, areas, owners, severity, status, due dates, notes, selected photo attachments, and packet text on the user's device.

The app does not require an account and does not upload condition reports, issue records, photos, notes, or packet text to a Gobling Company server.

Users may choose photos through Apple's system photo picker and attach them to issue records. Gobling Company does not receive selected photos.

Condition Photo Report Studio does not use camera capture, OCR services, AI services, cloud drives, portals, email accounts, contacts, calendars, contractor systems, or developer-server upload.

The app is a manual report organizer. It does not provide legal advice, inspection advice, repair advice, deposit decisions, cost estimates, safety guarantees, or automated decisions.

Users are responsible for reviewing report details before copying or sharing a packet.

Users may choose to copy or share a report packet through standard iOS sharing features.

Shared packet content is controlled by the user and is not sent to Gobling Company.

Condition Photo Report Studio does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party sign-in, account sync, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend for app records.

Gobling Company does not collect personal data from the app.

Apple may process App Store purchase and device information under Apple's own policies. Gobling Company does not receive payment card details.
