Creator Rate Card Studio stores package names, buyer notes, channel labels, fee values, revision counts, turnaround notes, usage notes, deliverable lines, approval states, task rows, and packet text locally on the user's device.

Creator Rate Card Studio does not require an account and does not upload rate-card packages, buyer notes, deliverable lines, offer packets, or usage activity to a Gobling Company server.

The app is a manual creator offer workspace. It does not find brands, sell sponsorships, process payments, generate invoices, create contracts, contact clients, connect to email, insert ads, record audio, edit media, transcribe content, publish podcasts, or use AI services.

Creator Rate Card Studio is not legal, tax, accounting, advertising, or contract advice. Users are responsible for verifying rates, usage terms, contracts, invoices, tax handling, sponsorship disclosures, and professional obligations before sending offers or accepting work.

The app can copy a plain-text offer packet to the iOS clipboard or share sheet when the user chooses that action. Sharing or pasting copied text is controlled by the user and the destination app or service selected by the user.

Creator Rate Card Studio does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, brand marketplace integrations, payment integrations, AI services, email integrations, or a Gobling Company backend server for rate-card data.

Creator Rate Card Studio uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
