1. Local Agenda Utility

DayStrip Desk is a local-first macOS utility for showing today's agenda in a focused window and menu bar strip. Event titles, times, calendar names, locations, notes, pins, completion state, manual focus blocks, and copied agenda summaries stay on the user's Mac unless the user chooses to copy or share them.

2. Calendar Permission

If the user grants macOS Calendar permission, DayStrip Desk reads local calendar events so it can show today's timed agenda. The app does not upload calendar data to Gobling Company servers.

Users can deny Calendar permission and still use the app with local demo/manual entries.

3. No Account Or Upload

DayStrip Desk does not require an account and does not upload calendar events, agenda summaries, manual focus blocks, usage activity, or app preferences to a Gobling Company server.

The app does not include cloud sync, developer-server storage, account login, advertising, analytics, or tracking.

4. Clipboard Actions

When the user chooses Copy Agenda, DayStrip Desk places a plain-text agenda summary on the local macOS clipboard.

Gobling Company does not receive clipboard contents.

5. Apple Services

DayStrip Desk uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, Calendar permission, clipboard actions, sandboxing, and App Store purchase delivery.

Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details.

7. Changes To This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

If a future version adds accounts, analytics, cloud sync, server processing, support forms, crash reporting, tracking, or other data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before release.
