Equipment Checkout Studio Privacy Policy

Equipment Checkout Studio is a local-first iOS utility for manually organizing gear items, tags, categories, borrowers, due-back dates, locations, checkout status, condition notes, return checklist gaps, responsibility notes, brief text, and CSV-style rows.

Gobling Company does not operate an account system for this app and does not receive, store, sell, or share equipment records entered in the app.

The app is a manual checkout and return workspace. It does not scan barcodes or QR codes, use the camera, discover devices, connect to Bluetooth, RFID, inventory systems, payment processors, email accounts, calendars, cloud drives, analytics services, advertising networks, or external automation tools.

The app does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, calendars, reminders, health data, financial accounts, local network devices, or Bluetooth devices.

The app can copy an equipment checkout brief or CSV-style text only when the user chooses those actions. Shared exports are controlled by the user and are not sent to Gobling Company.

Any destination app or service selected by the user may have its own privacy practices, terms, and data handling rules.

Equipment Checkout Studio does not include third-party advertising, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, behavioral profiling, crash-reporting SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Because the app does not collect data from the user, Gobling Company does not use app data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale.

The app organizes manually entered equipment checkout and return notes. It does not process payments, manage deposits, create invoices, verify insurance, automate reminders, or provide legal, financial, insurance, safety, compliance, or professional advice.

If the app is purchased through the App Store, Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details from App Store purchases.

This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

If a future version adds accounts, analytics, cloud sync, server processing, scanners, camera capture, Bluetooth, RFID, inventory integrations, payment processing, crash reporting, tracking, or other data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before release.
