Event Check In Studio Privacy Policy

Gobling Company built Event Check In Studio as a local-first event door list and check-in packet app. Guest rows, badge notes, check-in states, and exported packets stay on your device unless you choose to copy or share them through iOS system features.

1. Local Event Records

Event Check In Studio stores guest names, party notes, zones, seats, badge codes, VIP flags, meal flags, door issues, check-in states, and packet text on the user's device.

The app does not require an account and does not upload event records, guest lists, door notes, or exported packets to a Gobling Company server.

2. No Ticketing Integrations

Event Check In Studio is a manual door list. It does not scan QR codes, read tickets, import spreadsheets, access contacts, sync calendars, message guests, connect to ticketing services, process payments, use camera access, or use location services.

Users are responsible for entering and reviewing their own guest rows and door notes.

3. User-controlled Sharing

Users may choose to copy or share packet text through standard iOS sharing features.

Shared packet content is controlled by the user and is not sent to Gobling Company.

4. No Tracking

Event Check In Studio does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, third-party sign-in, account sync, cloud sync, AI services, or a Gobling Company backend for app records.

Gobling Company does not collect personal data from the app.

5. Apple Services

Apple may process App Store purchase and device information under Apple's own policies. Gobling Company does not receive payment card details.
