Fleet Service Ledger Privacy Policy

Fleet Service Ledger is a local-first iOS utility for manually organizing fleet units, vehicle names, unit numbers, odometer readings, next service mileage, due dates, service states, shop names, last service notes, service tasks, open costs, brief text, and CSV-style rows.

Gobling Company does not operate an account system for this app and does not receive, store, sell, or share fleet or service records entered in the app.

The app is a manual service ledger. It does not connect to vehicles, read OBD data, use GPS, track live location, scan VINs, scan barcodes, use the camera, monitor drivers, dispatch routes, sync calendars, connect to repair shops, use telematics, process payments, create invoices, use cloud sync, or connect to external fleet-management systems.

The app does not request access to contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, calendars, reminders, health data, financial accounts, local network devices, Bluetooth devices, or vehicle sensors.

The app can share service brief text or CSV-style rows only when the user chooses those actions. Shared exports are controlled by the user and are not sent to Gobling Company.

Any destination app or service selected by the user may have its own privacy practices, terms, and data handling rules.

Fleet Service Ledger does not include third-party advertising, tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, behavioral profiling, crash-reporting SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Because the app does not collect data from the user, Gobling Company does not use app data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or resale.

The app organizes manually entered service records and cost notes. It does not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax, safety, mechanical, maintenance, regulatory, or compliance advice and does not guarantee vehicle roadworthiness, reimbursement, inspection outcomes, or repair results.

If the app is purchased through the App Store, Apple may process purchase-related information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.

Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details from App Store purchases.

This privacy policy may be updated if the app's features, data practices, or legal requirements change.

If a future version adds accounts, analytics, cloud sync, server processing, vehicle connections, OBD data, GPS, camera capture, barcode scanning, VIN scanning, telematics, fleet-management integrations, payment processing, crash reporting, tracking, or other data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be updated before release.
