1. Local-first Typography Workflow

FontProof Desk is a local-first font preview and typography handoff utility for Mac. Font browsing, proof board editing, preview text, and snippet copying happen locally on the user's Mac.

2. Native macOS Font And Clipboard APIs

FontProof Desk reads installed font names through macOS font APIs and uses the system clipboard only when the user chooses to copy a snippet or proof sheet.

3. No Account Or Upload

FontProof Desk does not require an account and does not upload font names, preview text, pinned proof boards, copied snippets, files, or usage activity to a Gobling Company server.

4. No Tracking

FontProof Desk does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for font proof data.

5. Apple Services

FontProof Desk uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, installed font listing, clipboard copy actions, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
