Form Fill Private Privacy Policy

Form Fill Private is a local-first form preparation utility for iPhone and iPad. The app does not require an account and does not upload form packets to a Gobling Company server.

Form names, field labels, field notes, checklist state, signature block labels, and export manifest text are stored locally on your device so the app can run and remember your form desk.

If you choose to import a form file or signature image, the app uses Apple's system file and photo selection features for the workflow you initiate.

Gobling Company does not receive, store on a server, analyze, or automatically scan your imported files. Any file access is controlled by the permission and destination choices you make on your device.

Form Fill Private can prepare an export manifest from form packets stored locally in the app.

When you copy or share manifest text, the selected data is handed to iOS system features or to the destination app that you choose. Gobling Company does not control third-party apps or services selected from the iOS share sheet.

Form Fill Private does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for form packet data.

Gobling Company does not use your local form packets to profile you, target advertising, or track you across apps and websites.

Form Fill Private uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, file selection, photo selection, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery.

Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details.

Form Fill Private is an organization and form-fill preparation tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, compliance, or financial advice.

You are responsible for deciding how to fill, sign, export, or share forms, and for consulting qualified professionals when needed.

You can edit form packets inside the app where controls are available.

If you delete the app from your device, iOS removes the app's local container and the locally stored data associated with the app.
