Freight Claim Packet Studio is a local-first iOS app by Gobling Company. It helps users manually organize freight damage and shortage claim records, carrier details, PRO and BOL numbers, line quantities, evidence checklist items, notes, copy-ready packet text, and CSV exports on their own device.
Data Storage
Freight Claim Packet Studio stores records on the user's device, including vendor names, carrier names, PRO numbers, BOL numbers, delivery dates, claim due dates, receiver names, locations, carrier contacts, line items, ordered quantities, received quantities, rejected goods, evidence checklist items, notes, claim packet text, and CSV export content.
The app does not upload freight, carrier, shipment, damage, shortage, evidence, packet, or claim records to Gobling Company servers. Gobling Company does not receive, store, sell, or share the user's freight claim records.
No Tracking or Account
The app does not require an account, collect analytics, show ads, track users, sync to cloud services, scan documents, take photos, use OCR, process payments, use AI services, or connect to carriers, logistics portals, vendors, email, cloud drives, accounting systems, payment tools, or external services.
User-Initiated Export
Users can copy claim packet text or share CSV content using standard iOS features. Those exports happen only when the user chooses.
