1. Local Incident Action Cards

Incident Action Desk stores manually entered incident action cards, service labels, owner names, environment labels, follow-up triggers, impact notes, mitigation or cleanup steps, evidence gaps, next actions, timeline events, copied packets, and CSV text locally on the user's Mac.

2. No Ticket, Log, Or Incident-System Access

Incident Action Desk does not connect to repositories, import tickets, read calendars, monitor deployments, call incident-management APIs, scan logs, run tests, generate AI analysis, use Accessibility permissions, or synthesize input.

3. No Remote Upload

Incident Action Desk does not upload incident cards, owner notes, evidence gaps, CSV text, copied packets, device state, or any other app data to Gobling Company servers.

4. Clipboard And CSV

When a user chooses Copy Handoff or Copy CSV, Incident Action Desk writes the selected local content to the macOS clipboard. The app does not send that content to Gobling Company.

5. No Account Or Tracking

Incident Action Desk does not require an account and does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for app data.

6. Apple Services

Incident Action Desk uses Apple's system frameworks for sandboxed app operation, local file storage, clipboard writing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
