Key Handoff Logbook Privacy Policy

Key Handoff Logbook is a local-first manual logbook for iPhone and iPad. Key labels, holder notes, handoff date notes, return date notes, location notes, access notes, priorities, checklist states, status values, and CSV export text are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share them through iOS system features.

Key Handoff Logbook does not require an account and does not upload key labels, holder notes, access notes, checklist states, status values, or exports to a Gobling Company server.

Key Handoff Logbook does not read contacts, calendars, maps, messages, email, location, photos, files, cloud drives, or property portals. It does not connect to smart locks, keypads, fobs, access-control services, banks, cards, or payment accounts.

The app does not generate access codes, unlock doors, store passwords, send reminders, message holders, or provide security, legal, property, or financial advice. Entries are typed manually by the user.

The app can prepare CSV export text from local key handoff rows. Copying or sharing that text is user-initiated and handled through iOS system features.

Key Handoff Logbook does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for key handoff notes.

Key Handoff Logbook uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
