LocalMind AI is designed for local AI chat with compatible GGUF model files that you import into the app. Gobling Company does not collect prompts, responses, imported model files, chat history, analytics data, advertising identifiers, account information, or tracking data from this app.

The app stores chat history, imported model references, free usage counters, and purchase entitlement state inside the app's local container on your device.

The app does not require a Gobling Company account and does not operate a backend server for prompt processing, model inference, chat storage, or sync.

Prompts and responses are processed locally on your device with the model file you choose.

Free usage limits, such as daily local message count and saved chat count, are tracked locally on your device.

LocalMind AI uses StoreKit for Pro subscription entitlement checks. Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple's own policies.

Imported model files, chat history, and usage counters are stored locally in the app's container unless you delete them or delete the app.

If you delete the app from your device, iOS removes the app's local container and the locally stored data associated with the app.

LocalMind AI does not upload imported model files, prompts, responses, or chat history to a Gobling Company server.

You may copy or share chat transcripts through iOS system features. When you share information, the selected destination app or service receives the data you choose to share.

Gobling Company does not control third-party apps or services that you choose from the iOS share sheet.

LocalMind AI uses Apple's system frameworks for local storage, file import, sharing, and purchases.

The app includes local model inference technology based on llama.cpp through a Swift package. This inference runs on device.

The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, cross-app tracking behavior, or cloud AI API calls.

LocalMind AI does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Because the app does not perform tracking, it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

LocalMind AI is a productivity utility app and is not directed to children.

Gobling Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children through LocalMind AI.
