Mood Trigger Notes Privacy Policy

Mood Trigger Notes is a local-first manual notebook for iPhone and iPad. Trigger labels, mood words, intensity values, body signals, recovery steps, states, private notes, and CSV export text are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share them through iOS system features.

Mood Trigger Notes does not require an account and does not upload notes, trigger labels, mood words, intensity values, body signals, recovery steps, private notes, or exports to a Gobling Company server.

Mood Trigger Notes is a manual private notebook. It does not provide medical advice, mental health diagnosis, treatment, therapy services, crisis support, clinical recommendations, or health scoring.

The app can prepare CSV export text from local note data. Copying or sharing that text is user-initiated and handled through iOS system features.

Mood Trigger Notes does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for note data.

Mood Trigger Notes uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
