Muxline Privacy Policy

Muxline checks video delivery metadata locally on your Mac. You choose when to inspect source files or export a report.

1. Video Files You Select

Muxline reads video and audio track metadata from MOV, MP4, or M4V files only after you select them. It may decode one source frame locally to show a thumbnail. The source video is not modified, copied to a developer server, or transcoded.

2. Local Batch Records

The app stores batch names, your chosen target specifications, security-scoped file bookmarks, measured metadata, thumbnails, and findings in its Application Support folder on your Mac. A normal new installation starts with an empty library. The optional fictional example is added only when you choose it.

3. PDF and CSV Exports

Muxline creates a PDF report or CSV manifest only when you choose an export location. Exports can contain source filenames, technical media details, your batch name, and rule findings. If you share an export through another service, that service's privacy practices apply.

4. Deletion and Data Collection

Removing a file or batch from Muxline deletes its local record and app-generated thumbnail, not the original video. Exported files remain where you saved them until you remove them. Muxline has no account, ads, analytics, tracking SDK, cloud sync, or developer-operated upload service. Gobling Company does not collect personal data through the app.
