Payment Plan Board Privacy Policy

Payment Plan Board is a local-first manual payment plan board for iPhone and iPad. Plan names, counterparty labels, original balance values, installment values, due days, buffer days, status, focus notes, payment rows, paid states, proof notes, task states, packet text, and CSV export text are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share them through iOS system features.

Payment Plan Board does not require an account and does not upload payment plans, payment rows, paid states, proof notes, task states, packet text, or exports to a Gobling Company server.

Payment Plan Board does not connect to bank accounts, cards, credit bureaus, lenders, merchants, accounting systems, payroll systems, invoicing platforms, email, calendars, cloud drives, AI providers, payment apps, or external finance services. Entries are typed manually by the user.

Payment Plan Board can calculate simple local summaries from numbers entered by the user, including paid total, remaining balance, open payment count, next due week, completion, proof readiness, and schedule rows. These summaries are not debt, tax, legal, banking, investment, accounting, or financial advice. The app does not move money, monitor accounts, negotiate payments, contact counterparties, calculate interest recommendations, or guarantee outcomes.

The app can prepare plain-text payment plan summaries and CSV export text from local plan data. Copying or sharing that text is user-initiated and handled through iOS system features.

Payment Plan Board does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, AI services, or a Gobling Company backend server for payment plan records.

Payment Plan Board uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process transaction and device information under Apple's own policies.
