PDF Clause Index Cards

Overview

PDF Clause Index Cards is a paid, local-first utility for manually indexing clauses the user reads in PDF contracts or agreements. The app is designed for typed clause names, source file notes, page notes, clause labels, risk notes, follow-up notes, priorities, status lanes, and CSV export.

We do not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data from the app. Entries stay on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share a CSV export.

Data Collection

The app does not use accounts, analytics SDKs, ads, tracking SDKs, or developer-run cloud sync. The developer does not receive clause cards, source file notes, page notes, risk notes, follow-up notes, CSV exports, or device identifiers from the app.

Files and Connections

The app does not open PDF files, read files, import documents, edit PDFs, annotate PDFs, split PDFs, merge PDFs, redact PDFs, OCR documents, summarize documents, access email, access photos, use the camera, access cloud drives, or connect to contract portals.

The app does not provide legal advice, financial advice, contract advice, compliance advice, or document interpretation.

Local Storage

Clause cards are stored locally on the user's device using app storage. If the app is deleted, locally stored rows may be removed by the operating system.

User-Initiated Export

The app includes CSV copy and share actions. These actions occur only when the user chooses them. Once exported, the destination selected by the user handles the exported content under that destination's own policies.
