PDF Form QA Desk Privacy Policy

PDF Form QA Desk reads the PDF you explicitly select, its interactive AcroForm widget annotations, audit findings, and generated report files locally inside the app process and app container on your device.

The app reads only PDF files you choose through Apple's document picker. It does not scan folders, photo libraries, mail, cloud accounts, contacts, or unrelated documents.

PDF Form QA Desk does not upload selected PDFs, field names, values, labels, findings, or usage activity to a Gobling Company server. Field inventory and deterministic structural checks run on the device.

Audit summaries are stored in the app container on your device. They remain there until you delete them using app controls or remove the app, subject to normal platform behavior and backups you control.

The app creates PDF QA reports and CSV manifests only when you request them. Exported files leave the app only when you open Apple's share sheet and choose a destination. That destination may process shared files under its own privacy policy.

PDF Form QA Desk has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, account system, subscription, in-app purchase, cloud sync, AI service, or Gobling Company backend.

Findings describe deterministic PDF form-field structure. The app does not edit the source PDF, fill forms, certify accessibility standards compliance, or replace manual accessibility and usability testing.

Apple may process App Store purchase, download, and diagnostic information under Apple's own policies. Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details.
