PDF Packet QA Desk Privacy Policy

PDF Packet QA Desk is a local-first PDF packet review utility for iPhone and iPad. PDFs are imported only when the user chooses a file through Apple's document picker. Packet names, page counts, section ranges, owner notes, issue notes, QA rules, copied CSV text, and copied Markdown text are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share them through iOS system features.

PDF Packet QA Desk does not require an account and does not upload PDFs, packet notes, issue notes, section maps, CSV manifests, or Markdown summaries to a Gobling Company server.

PDF Packet QA Desk does not provide legal advice, file court documents, contact courts, connect to legal services, read cloud drives automatically, use OCR, scan documents automatically, or create an attorney-client relationship. The app only helps users maintain a local checklist and manifest for PDFs they choose.

The app can copy a CSV manifest or Markdown summary from local packet review data. Copying, saving, or sharing those outputs is user-initiated and handled through iOS system features.

PDF Packet QA Desk does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for PDFs or packet QA data.

PDF Packet QA Desk uses Apple's system frameworks for file picking, local app operation, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process purchase and device information under Apple's own policies.
