Privacy Policy for PO Match Studio
PO Match Studio is a local-first iOS app by Gobling Company. It helps users manually organize purchase order packets, receiving counts, invoice quantities, variance notes, owners, closeout checks, packet text, and CSV exports on their own device.
Data Storage
PO Match Studio stores records on the user's device, including vendor names, buyer labels, purchase order references, delivery references, invoice references, line item labels, PO quantities, received quantities, invoice quantities, unit costs, variance levels, owners, closeout checks, notes, packet text, and CSV export content.
The app does not upload purchase order, receiving, invoice, or variance records to Gobling Company servers. Gobling Company does not receive, store, sell, or share the user's PO matching records.
No Tracking or Account
The app does not require an account, collect analytics, show ads, track users, sync to cloud services, scan documents, take photos, use OCR, process payments, use AI services, or connect to bank accounts, card accounts, accounting platforms, inventory systems, purchase order systems, email, cloud drives, payment tools, or external services.
User-Initiated Export
Users can copy packet text or share CSV content using standard iOS features. Those exports happen only when the user chooses.
