PocketLedgerPrivacy Policy

PocketLedger is designed for private expense tracking on your device. Gobling Company does not collect expense entries, receipt images, OCR text, budgets, notes, merchant names, analytics data, advertising identifiers, account information, or tracking data from this app.

The app stores expenses, receipt images you choose to keep, OCR text, budgets, free usage counters, and purchase entitlement state inside the app's local container on your device.

The app does not require a Gobling Company account and does not operate a backend server for receipt processing, expense storage, sync, analytics, or advertising.

Expense and budget information is used locally to show your ledger, category totals, monthly budgets, reports, and CSV exports.

Receipt images selected through iOS are processed locally with Apple's on-device Vision text recognition when you choose to scan a receipt.

Free usage limits, such as monthly expense count, receipt scan count, and budget count, are tracked locally on your device.

PocketLedger uses StoreKit for Pro subscription entitlement checks. Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple's own policies.

Expenses, receipt images, OCR text, budgets, notes, and usage counters are stored locally in the app's container unless you delete them or delete the app.

If you delete the app from your device, iOS removes the app's local container and the locally stored data associated with the app.

PocketLedger does not upload expense data, receipt images, OCR text, budgets, or exports to a Gobling Company server.

You may export your ledger as CSV or share selected information through iOS system features. When you share information, the selected destination app or service receives the data you choose to share.

Gobling Company does not control third-party apps or services that you choose from the iOS share sheet.

PocketLedger uses Apple's system frameworks for local storage, photo selection, on-device text recognition, sharing, and purchases.

The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, bank account connections, cloud sync, or a developer backend.

PocketLedger does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Because the app does not perform tracking, it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

PocketLedger is a finance utility app and is not directed to children.

Gobling Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children through PocketLedger.
