Portproof Privacy Policy

Portproof keeps your commissioning records on your device unless you choose to share a generated file.

Effective date: September 30, 2026

1. Information on Your Device

Portproof stores the job names, locations, technician names, panel and port records, cable IDs, wall-outlet labels, service names, manual check states, notes and check times you enter in local app storage on your device. No account is required. A new installation starts with no jobs.

2. File Sharing

The app makes a commissioning PDF or CSV on your device. Sharing is optional and uses the iOS share sheet. A destination you choose may have its own privacy practices. Gobling Company does not receive files through Portproof.

3. Deletion and Collection

You can delete a job and its panel/port records in the app. Removing the app removes its local records, subject to device backups. Files you already shared remain wherever you saved them. Portproof has no advertising, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, developer-operated network service or device-discovery access. Gobling Company does not collect data from the app.
