Pouchday Privacy Policy

Pouchday makes a cash envelope plan and payout PDF from your own shift inputs. Your records stay on the device unless you choose to share a file.

1. Local Shift Records

Pouchday stores the shift name, date, pooled tip amount, crew names and share weights, and the cash denomination counts you enter in its local app container on your device. A new installation starts without saved shifts. The fictional examples visible in App Store images are available only in a simulator capture mode and are not placed in a customer installation.

2. Payout Sheets

When you request a payout sheet, Pouchday creates a PDF from your local shift record. The PDF may contain the crew names and amounts you entered. You choose whether to share it with the iOS share sheet. Any service you choose for sharing has its own privacy practices. Pouchday does not process or transfer payments.

3. Deletion and Collection

You can delete a saved shift in the app. Deleting the app removes its local container, subject to device backups; previously exported PDFs remain wherever you saved them. Pouchday has no account, ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or developer-operated upload. Gobling Company does not collect shift or crew data through the app.
