1. Summary

Private Receipt Scanner is built by Gobling Company as a privacy-first receipt scanning utility.

The app does not collect analytics, does not show ads, does not track users, and does not upload receipts or recognized text to a Gobling Company server.

2. Local Receipts And Text Recognition

When you scan or import receipts, Private Receipt Scanner creates PDF files and recognized text locally on your device.

Those files and text are stored in the app's local storage so you can view, search, edit, copy, share, or delete them.

The app does not require a Gobling Company account and does not operate a backend server for receipt processing or text recognition.

3. Sharing And Export

Private Receipt Scanner only sends a receipt, PDF, or text outside the app when you choose to use iOS sharing, copying, or export features.

The destination you choose may have its own privacy practices. Gobling Company does not control third-party apps or services selected from the iOS share sheet.

4. Purchases

Private Receipt Scanner may offer optional Pro subscriptions or purchases through Apple In-App Purchase.

Purchase processing is handled by Apple. Gobling Company does not receive your payment card details.

The app may store purchase entitlement state locally so Pro features can be recognized on your device.

5. Data Collection

Gobling Company does not collect personal data from Private Receipt Scanner.

The app does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or a backend account system.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete individual receipts inside the app. You can also delete local app data from device settings when available.

Removing the app from your device also removes its local app data, subject to normal iOS behavior and any backups you control.

7. Children's Privacy

Private Receipt Scanner is a general productivity utility and is not directed to children.

Gobling Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this app.
