Private Warranty Vault Privacy Policy

Private Warranty Vault is a local-first warranty and purchase proof tracker for iPhone and iPad. The app does not require an account and does not upload warranty records to a Gobling Company server.

Product names, brands, serial numbers, store names, purchase dates, warranty periods, expiry dates, prices, document types, tags, notes, and CSV preview data are stored locally on your device so the app can run and remember your proof vault.

If you choose to mark a receipt, invoice, warranty card, manual, or product photo as proof, the app uses Apple's photo picker so you can select an image.

Gobling Company does not receive, store on a server, or analyze your photo library. Proof references remain local unless you choose to share related export content through iOS system features.

Private Warranty Vault can prepare CSV-style warranty rows from the records stored locally in the app.

When you copy or share CSV text, the selected data is handed to iOS system features or to the destination app that you choose. Gobling Company does not control third-party apps or services selected from the iOS share sheet.

Private Warranty Vault does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for warranty data.

Gobling Company does not use your local purchase proof records to profile you, target advertising, or track you across apps and websites.

Private Warranty Vault uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, local storage, photo selection, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery.

Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. Gobling Company does not receive or store payment card details.

You can delete warranty records inside the app where deletion controls are available.

If you delete the app from your device, iOS removes the app's local container and the locally stored data associated with the app.
