Rebate Claim Folder Privacy Policy

Rebate Claim Folder is a local-first manual rebate claim tracker for iPhone and iPad. Product names, brand names, claim codes, purchase notes, UPC or proof notes, submitted dates, submit-by dates, expected amounts, checklist states, status values, and CSV export text are stored on the user's device unless the user chooses to copy or share them through iOS system features.

Rebate Claim Folder does not require an account and does not upload rebate claims, purchase notes, proof notes, checklist states, status values, expected amounts, or exports to a Gobling Company server.

Rebate Claim Folder does not submit rebate claims, contact stores, connect to manufacturer portals, scan receipts, read email, link bank or card accounts, or provide financial advice. Entries are typed manually by the user.

The app can prepare CSV export text from local rebate claim data. Copying or sharing that text is user-initiated and handled through iOS system features.

Rebate Claim Folder does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, account creation, cloud sync, or a Gobling Company backend server for rebate claim notes.

Rebate Claim Folder uses Apple's system frameworks for local app operation, local storage, clipboard actions, sharing, and App Store purchase delivery. Apple may process transaction and device information under Apple's own policies.
