SceneSpeak Privacy Policy

SceneSpeak asks for microphone and speech-recognition permission only when you start speaking. On supported devices, recognition is performed with Apple's or Android's on-device speech recognizer. If on-device recognition is unavailable, SceneSpeak explains the limitation and does not silently upload your audio to a server.

Audio used for a practice turn is not retained by Gobling Company after analysis. Device operating systems may process permissions, speech models, or voice downloads under their own privacy terms.

연습 발화의 오디오는 분석 후 Gobling Company가 보관하지 않습니다. 운영체제의 권한, 음성 모델 또는 음성 다운로드 처리는 각 플랫폼의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용될 수 있습니다.

Recognized text, scenario choices, local scores, and session reports are used to provide the practice flow on your device. The current release does not require an account and does not sync practice content to a Gobling Company cloud account.

인식된 텍스트, 시나리오 선택, 로컬 점수와 세션 리포트는 기기에서 학습 흐름을 제공하는 데 사용됩니다. 현재 버전은 계정을 요구하지 않으며 학습 내용을 Gobling Company 클라우드 계정에 동기화하지 않습니다.

If a future feature sends recognized text to an external conversation service, SceneSpeak will explain the destination and request consent before that feature is enabled. Audio will not be included unless separately and explicitly disclosed.

향후 인식 텍스트를 외부 대화 서비스로 보내는 기능이 추가되면, 기능 활성화 전에 전송 대상과 목적을 설명하고 동의를 받습니다. 별도로 명확히 고지하지 않는 한 오디오는 포함하지 않습니다.

SceneSpeak uses RevenueCat to validate SceneSpeak Pro purchases and keep monthly or yearly access in sync across supported devices. RevenueCat may process an app-generated anonymous customer identifier, purchase history, subscription status, platform, app version, and limited diagnostics for app functionality and subscription analytics. SceneSpeak does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, spoken audio, or practice transcript.

SceneSpeak는 SceneSpeak Pro 구매를 확인하고 월간 또는 연간 이용 권한을 지원 기기에서 동기화하기 위해 RevenueCat을 사용합니다. RevenueCat은 앱이 생성한 익명 고객 식별자, 구매 내역, 구독 상태, 플랫폼, 앱 버전과 제한적인 진단 정보를 앱 기능 및 구독 분석 목적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. SceneSpeak는 이름, 이메일 주소, 음성 오디오 또는 학습 대화문을 RevenueCat에 제공하지 않습니다.

Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment details under its own terms. Gobling Company and RevenueCat do not receive your full payment-card number.

결제 정보는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 각 약관에 따라 처리합니다. Gobling Company와 RevenueCat은 사용자의 전체 결제 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다.

SceneSpeak contains no third-party advertising and does not track you across apps or websites. Personal data is not sold. Information is shared only with platform providers and RevenueCat as needed to operate purchases, comply with law, or protect users and the service.

Local practice data can be removed by clearing sessions in the app or deleting the app. Subscription records are retained by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as required for purchase validation, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of a RevenueCat anonymous customer record when technically and legally available.

로컬 학습 데이터는 앱에서 세션을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하여 제거할 수 있습니다. 구독 기록은 구매 확인, 회계, 부정 이용 방지와 법적 의무를 위해 Apple, Google 및 RevenueCat이 필요한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 기술적·법적으로 가능한 RevenueCat 익명 고객 기록 삭제는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

SceneSpeak is a general language-learning product and is not knowingly directed to children under the minimum digital-consent age in their country. Parents or guardians may contact us about a child's data.

SceneSpeak는 일반 영어 학습 제품이며 각 국가의 디지털 동의 최소 연령 미만 아동을 대상으로 의도적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 보호자는 아동 데이터에 관해 문의할 수 있습니다.
