Script Breakdown Local Privacy Policy

Script Breakdown Local processes user-selected scripts on the device. Script text, scene details, production elements, notes, and export history stay in local app storage, and Gobling Company does not receive project data.

1. Imported Scripts

Script Breakdown Local reads only Fountain, plain-text, or text-based PDF files the user explicitly selects through Apple's file picker. Imported text is used to create a local breakdown project.

2. Local Project Data

Script text, scene headings, summaries, production notes, priorities, tags, confirmation states, and project names remain in the app's local storage on the device.

3. On-device Processing

Scene parsing, character-cue detection, readiness checks, and PDF, CSV, and Markdown generation run on the device. Script Breakdown Local does not send scripts or project data to a cloud, AI, analytics, or Gobling Company service.

4. User-controlled Sharing

An exported production packet leaves the app only when the user chooses a destination through Apple's system share sheet or Files interface. The selected destination's privacy practices then apply.

5. No Account Or Tracking

Script Breakdown Local has no account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, tracking SDK, cloud sync, or Gobling Company backend upload.

6. Deletion

Users can delete a project inside the app. Removing the app can remove locally stored projects, so users should share or save any production packet they want to keep first.
