Spansheet Privacy Policy

Spansheet plans team structure locally on your Mac. You decide when to import a roster or export a chart.

1. Team Data You Enter

Spansheet stores team names, positions, reporting relationships, people, teams, vacancy states, and planning notes in its Application Support folder on your Mac. Your library starts empty. The optional fictional example is added only when you choose it. The app does not send this information to Gobling Company.

2. CSV Import

Spansheet reads a UTF-8 CSV only after you select it. The file is used to create a local team project after validation. The selected source file is not changed or uploaded.

3. PDF and CSV Export

A chart PDF or roster CSV is created only when you choose an export and a save location. These files can contain names and notes you entered. If you share an exported file through another service, that service's privacy practices apply.

4. Deletion and Data Collection

You can delete a position or a team in the app. Deleting a team removes its local record. Exported files are separate and remain wherever you saved them until you delete them yourself. Spansheet has no account, ads, analytics, tracking SDK, cloud sync, or developer-operated upload service. Gobling Company does not collect personal data through the app.
