SplitPilotPrivacy Policy

SplitPilot is designed to run race pace planning locally on your iPhone or iPad. Gobling Company does not collect race plans, target finish times, split tables, saved plans, analytics data, advertising identifiers, account information, location data, or tracking data from this app.

The app may store saved race plans, selected units, target times, pacing strategy choices, and preference settings inside the app's local container on your device.

The app does not require a Gobling Company account and does not operate a backend server for race plans, sync, analytics, advertising, GPS tracking, or account data.

Race plan settings are used only on your device to calculate pace, split tables, cumulative times, race-day cards, and local plan previews.

SplitPilot uses Apple's system frameworks for local interface, storage, and purchases. Apple may process purchase-related information under Apple's own policies.

Gobling Company does not use app data to profile users, target advertising, or track users across apps and websites.

Saved race plans and preferences are stored locally in the app's container unless you delete them or delete the app.

If you delete the app from your device, iOS removes the app's local container and the locally stored data associated with the app.

SplitPilot does not upload race plans, split tables, or saved goals to a Gobling Company server.

SplitPilot does not request location permission and does not collect GPS routes.

The course pressure view is a local planning visualization, not a live map or location tracker.

The current version does not use a third-party map API or route-tracking service.

If you choose to share a plan through iOS system features, the selected destination app or service receives only the content you choose to share.

Gobling Company does not control third-party apps or services selected from the iOS share sheet.

The app does not perform automatic cloud sync or developer-server export.

SplitPilot uses Apple's system frameworks for local operation and purchases.

The app does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking behavior.

The app does not use a Gobling Company backend server.

SplitPilot does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Because the app does not perform tracking, it does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
