Visit Summary Note Pad Privacy Policy

Visit Summary Note Pad is a local-first manual after-visit summary notebook. Visit titles, visit types, context notes, summary notes, visit date notes, next-step notes, priorities, checklist states, status values, and exported CSV text are stored locally in the app container unless the user chooses to copy or share them with iOS share features.

The app does not require an account, use the camera, scan barcodes, scan QR codes, use OCR, access contacts, access calendars, create reminders, use maps or location, connect to smart locks, access patient portals, import health records, search health records, connect to provider systems, make payments, file official forms, use analytics, use ads, track users, or upload entries to a Gobling Company server.

The app is not a legal advice tool, financial advice tool, medical advice tool, diagnosis tool, treatment tool, triage tool, official form filing service, patient portal, scanner, map, reminder system, contact manager, smart-lock controller, or payment system. It does not provide legal advice, provide emergency guidance, provide financial advice, provide medical advice, provide diagnosis, provide treatment, or provide official status verification. Entries are typed manually by the user.

If a user copies or shares CSV text, that action is handled by iOS and by the destination the user chooses. Gobling Company does not receive that exported content.
