Privacy Policy for Work Order Closeout Studio
Work Order Closeout Studio is a local-first iOS app by Gobling Company. It helps users manually prepare work-order closeout jobs, sign-off notes, blocker lists, packet text, and CSV exports on their own device.
Data Storage
Work Order Closeout Studio stores closeout records on the user's device, including client names, site names, work order references, technician names, labor hours, material costs, manually typed closeout items, readiness checkpoints, status lanes, packet text, and CSV export content.
The app does not upload closeout records to Gobling Company servers. Gobling Company does not receive, store, sell, or share the user's work-order closeout records.
No Tracking or Account
The app does not require an account, collect analytics, show ads, track users, sync to cloud services, scan documents, take photos, record audio, read files, or connect to email, calendars, accounting tools, work-order systems, CRMs, cloud drives, payment tools, banks, cameras, microphones, sensors, or external services.
User-Initiated Export
Users can copy or share packet text and CSV content using standard iOS share features. Those exports happen only when the user chooses.
