SceneSpeak Terms of Use

SceneSpeak provides English scenario practice, speech recognition, text comparison, synthesized speech, and learning feedback. It is an educational practice tool, not a testing authority, translation guarantee, or professional advisory service.

SceneSpeak는 영어 상황 연습, 음성 인식, 문장 비교, 음성 합성 및 학습 피드백을 제공합니다. 공인 시험 기관, 번역 보증 또는 전문 상담 서비스가 아닌 교육용 연습 도구입니다.

Recognition and feedback may be incomplete or incorrect because of device support, background noise, accent, connectivity, or model limitations. You remain responsible for how you use suggested language.

기기 지원, 주변 소음, 억양, 연결 상태 또는 모델 한계로 인해 인식과 피드백이 불완전하거나 부정확할 수 있습니다. 제안된 표현의 사용에 대한 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

SceneSpeak Pro is offered as an automatically renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The exact price, currency, billing period, and any applicable tax are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase. No free trial is promised unless the store purchase sheet expressly displays one.

SceneSpeak Pro는 자동 갱신되는 월간 또는 연간 구독으로 제공됩니다. 정확한 가격, 통화, 결제 기간과 세금은 구매 전 App Store 또는 Google Play에 표시됩니다. 스토어 구매 화면에 명시되지 않은 무료 체험은 제공되지 않습니다.

Payment is charged to your store account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews for the selected period unless you cancel through your Apple or Google subscription settings before the renewal date. Deleting SceneSpeak does not cancel a subscription.

구매가 확인되면 스토어 계정으로 결제됩니다. 갱신일 전에 Apple 또는 Google 구독 설정에서 취소하지 않으면 선택한 기간으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 앱 삭제만으로 구독이 취소되지는 않습니다.

Use Restore Purchases in SceneSpeak to refresh access for eligible purchases. Billing, cancellation, and refund decisions are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

유효한 구매의 이용 권한은 SceneSpeak의 ‘구매 복원’으로 갱신할 수 있습니다. 결제, 취소 및 환불은 Apple 또는 Google의 정책에 따라 해당 스토어에서 처리합니다.

Do not use SceneSpeak to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, probe the service, bypass purchase controls, or distribute malicious content. We may limit abusive use when necessary to protect users, rights holders, or service integrity.

법 위반, 권리 침해, 타인 괴롭힘, 서비스 탐색·공격, 구매 제한 우회 또는 악성 콘텐츠 배포 목적으로 SceneSpeak를 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 사용자, 권리자 또는 서비스의 무결성을 보호하기 위해 악의적 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

Features, scenarios, and platform support may change as the product improves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular learning result, score improvement, or level of fluency.

제품 개선에 따라 기능, 시나리오 및 플랫폼 지원 범위가 변경될 수 있습니다. 중단 없는 제공이나 특정 학습 성과, 점수 향상 또는 유창성 달성을 보장하지 않습니다.

Your download and purchase are also governed by the terms of the store you use. On Apple platforms, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a different EULA is shown on the product page: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SceneSpeak is provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

법이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 SceneSpeak는 법적으로 배제할 수 없는 권리 외의 보증 없이 제공됩니다. 본 약관은 강행 소비자 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
