OSCRoute support
Help with local plans, document checks and exported files.
Build a plan
Create a workspace, add endpoints with a host and UDP port, then register typed OSC addresses. Topology summarizes endpoints; Addresses lists their paths. Contracts documents source and target paths. The 1.1 update adds contract editing and endpoint assignment in Edit plan; check your installed version before following that workflow.
Understand an audit result
Checks inspect the saved document only. They do not contact the devices. In 1.1, an enabled contract needs a registered sending source address and receiving target address. A Both address may serve either role. Literal OSC paths are supported; pattern expressions are not evaluated. A transform is a note for the receiving implementer.
Export and preserve your work
Export Workspace JSON for a structured handoff or Address CSV for the registry. Save the shared file to Files or another destination you choose. JSON import is not supported, so the export is not an in-app restore workflow. Keep independent copies of important plans and check exports in the receiving software.
Workspaces cannot open, save or export
Do not uninstall the app to troubleshoot missing workspaces. Uninstalling removes its local data. Free device storage if needed and try again. Version 1.1 reports load and write failures and keeps the previous workspace when a save fails. Contact support with your version and the exact action; support cannot recover files remotely.
Contact
Email goblingcompany@gmail.com with your iOS version, OSCRoute version and the action that failed. Share workspace files only if you choose; they may contain private hostnames or installation details.
