Price Match Proof Android

Support

Compare the same item

Create a claim with product, purchase store, lower-price seller, model/SKU, purchase and observed dates, and the policy deadline you checked. Enter USD unit prices and a matching quantity. The potential difference is max(0, purchase unit price − lower unit price) × quantity, before tax, shipping and fees. Decimal inputs use a point and at most two decimal places. A non-lower quote gives zero, not a promised saving.

Keep the proof

Proof & policy holds purchase proof, lower-offer proof, a source URL, your store-policy note and a handoff note. No images or attachments are stored. The URL is a note and is never fetched. Editing a note or a saved comparison clears the three confirmations. Confirm receipt details, identical item and the store policy manually after your edits.

Preparation requires the model note, all three proof/policy notes, all checks, a lower unit price, dates not in the future for purchase/offer, and an entered deadline that has not passed. These are local completeness rules, not a retailer eligibility decision or readiness percentage. The store decides whether the claim qualifies.

Record what happened

Mark preparation complete, then record the date you actually requested the match yourself. The app does not contact or submit to a store. Requested and resolved comparisons/proof are preserved. Copy as new draft creates another record and clears checks and request/outcome fields while keeping the original. A requested claim can record a confirmed credit or a declined/no-credit outcome, with the actual date and note. Only an explicitly recorded credited amount enters the credited total; potential differences and requested amounts do not.

Find and export

Search product, store, competitor or model/SKU. Filter active, recorded outcomes or all claims. The calendar action sorts by the entered policy date; no notifications or automatic policy checking are provided. Open claim files to save or share TXT, 25-column CSV or complete per-claim JSON through Android Files. The library Files menu imports JSON as an independent copy or saves all claims as CSV. There is no CSV import, whole-library restore or automatic iOS transfer.

CSV quotes every field and prefixes formula-like free text with an apostrophe. Numeric amounts remain numeric. JSON/TXT preserve literal text, including Unicode and line breaks. Report headings are English and money is USD only. Android and iOS purchases and records are separate.

Storage and recovery

Private storage commits before the visible saved record changes. A failed save keeps the earlier record and the editor draft. An unreadable library blocks editing and preserves the raw bytes. Save unreadable library exports up to 8 MiB; Retry opening library rereads after external repair. This is not automatic repair. Uninstalling or clearing app data removes private claims because cloud backup is disabled. Keep per-claim JSON copies outside the app. Clear cached shares can invalidate old shared links, while preserving private claims and external files. Delete removes only the selected private record after confirmation.

Limits: 120 claims; 2 MiB claim JSON, 8 MiB private library, 64 MiB share cache. Quantity 1–1000; unit prices/actual credit 0–9,999,999.99 USD; dates 2000–2199. Product/store/competitor/model 100 characters each, source URL 800, each note 2000. English/Korean interface; validation details and exported technical headings may remain English.
