Gobling Company maintains Pactwild's fictional creature catalog, hunt rules, pack orders, generated digital artwork and identity. One purchase includes the game, regions, weapons, earned seals and pack/binding functions. There are no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

It is a fictional survival game, not real animal care or training. Local progress can be lost when the app is removed. An active hunt is not cold-restored. There are no cash prizes or real-money wagers.

General company app foundations and AI-assisted development tools are reused. Standard frameworks and open fonts remain under their licenses. Pactwild is not affiliated with Brotato, Vampire Survivors or Cassette Beasts. Distribution, payment and refunds follow Apple's applicable terms.
