Terms of use

Effective October 12, 2026. Provided by Gobling Company.

Solarium No.9 is a paid-once fictional machine puzzle. The purchase includes the authored signal gardens, creative potting bench and original instrument campaign. Purchases and refunds follow App Store terms. No subscription, in-app purchase, external account or developer server is required for gameplay.

Its discrete signals, flowering recipes and clock rules are fictional. They do not model water pressure, energy conservation, real plants, irrigation or certified engineering. The hints describe an authored legal arrangement, not a proof of an optimal machine.

Progress and gardens are local. No developer cloud recovery is available after records are removed or the app is uninstalled. Existing unreadable records are preserved until replacement is explicitly chosen. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Contact maga40@naver.com.
