Catchgrid privacy

Effective October 10, 2026. Gobling Company operates Catchgrid.

In-app data

The app has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, developer-server upload or custom cloud sync. Measurements, names, dates, conditions, comparison links and original imported files are stored in the app's local container. They are not sent to Gobling Company by the app.

Files and sharing

Files opens only when you request import. Reports and backups are created when you request export or backup, and sharing is controlled through Apple's share sheet. The destination you choose may process the files under its own privacy policy. SHA-256 records check file integrity; they do not authenticate field measurements.

Links and support

Method/support/privacy links open only when tapped. Websites and email services may process basic request data independently. If you email support, Gobling Company receives the message and any files you choose to attach and uses them to answer your request. This is separate from in-app collection.

Deletion and device backups

Delete tests in the library after removing any comparison links that need them. Uninstalling removes the local app container; exported copies and device backups remain under your control and platform settings. System device backups may include app data; Catchgrid does not implement its own sync service.
